Shuyuan Buccino

Sylvia Buccino is a real estate professional, marketer and project manager with more than 25 years of experience across several U.S. States and Taiwan. Born in Taiwan and fluent in English, Mandarin, and Fujianese, she is highly skilled in guiding clients successfully through all steps of their transactions while solving even the most complex problems. Her passion is to help every buyer find a home, and to connect every home with the right individual or family – and thereby help her clients set the foundation for a happy future. Her motto is: “There is a reason for everything, and a house for everyone!” She earned her MBA in Marketing at the University of Texas at San Antonio and her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature at Soochow University in Taiwan. She lives in Edison with her husband and two brilliant and very interesting children. She enjoys volunteer work, oil painting, biking, roller blading, and hiking, and believes in keeping herself physically and mentally fit for the benefit of her family, clients, and community.
