About Shwarene

I visited some family in Albuquerque and fell in love with Albuquerque and the state of New Mexico. The sunsets remind me of being back on the islands but the openness of the sky and the desert make me feel free and happy. I feel that I have finally found my home and the place to raise my family.

After being here for over 20 years I can firmly say that Albuquerque is going places. The Albuquerque real estate market is holding steady while the California market fluctuates and causes major worries for so many people. The Albuquerque business community is growing in leaps and bounds and we are attracting new industries while still maintaining our core values of a community to raise a family in. It is because of these great things that I believe Albuquerque real estate is a truly great investment. We have affordable prices, high rents, good industries and an ever-growing wealth in the city.

Once I realized that Albuquerque real estate was only going up and that I truly loved the city and the state I decided to start investing in real estate. I started off small and before I knew it I had amassed a significant amount of equity which I then leveraged to purchase more properties. Sometimes flipping and sometimes renting I would evaluate each situation based on a whole myriad of factors. After investing for a while I felt compelled to start helping my friends and family secure their future or purchase their first home.
That is when I decided to become a licensed agent and Realtor.

One Sunday afternoon we visited an open house where we met Shwarene. While the home we had come to see wasn't what we were interested in we felt an immediate connection with Shwarene. She was knowledgable about the area we wanted to purchase a home in and helped us find and purchase our home in Albuquerque. Shwarene's negotiating skills helped us get a price we were happy with. Shwarene is an outstanding realtor. She works to satisfy her clients and I am speaking personally. I found her to be an excellent communicator and always willing to show me a house if I was interested. I also didn't feel pressure to buy a home.. She is a person of integrity and would ask questions of the seller or sellers' buyer if she felt uncertain about something. I would have absolutely no hesitations in recommending her. She has a great personality and laughs alot which makes a home purchase a fun adventure. I enjoyed my time with her and in the end felt satisfied with my decision.
