02/19/2016 - royatalezadeh Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Oak Hill, VA. It is my pleasure to write a review for Sichan. I have worked with Sichan both on rentals and purchases. Not only is she extremely versed in the market, the up and coming areas, price points, negotiations, investment opportunities and the like, she is also quite personable, available and approachable. She will drop everything to talk to you, to meet with you, to advise you and everything in between -- always from the angle that is best for you. I find Sichan to be very detail oriented, her follow through is perfect and she is very creative. To highlight her hard work and creativity on our most recent interaction, my rental property was beyond a disaster after the last tenants vacated. Yetm I was in a huge rush to re-rent it. There was so much damage and pet odor, 2 agents refused to work with me until all repairs were done. Sichan stepped up. She brought her photographer to take creative photos, she assisted me to find repair contractors ASAP and began marketing my place right away. She met potential tenants on site (something the listing agent does not do) and walked them through herself providing them a vision of the property after repairs were done. As a result my property was re-rented within 10 days with a higher asking rent than I had requested. She is truly a professional who will not let you down. Once you work with Sichan, you do not want to work with any other agent. I strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a smooth and enjoyable process where you get the best value for your budget.

She contacted us after my boyfriend and I made a general inquiry Zillow and was amazing from the start. This was our first home purchase and she made it as smooth of a process as possible. Sichan was always incredibly kind and available to answer our questions. I've never met a more helpful and caring individual. We really felt like she was looking out for our best interests. We hope to buy another home in the next five or so years and I can't imagine us going to anyone but Sichan for that purchase.
