I have known Sid for over thirty years, and honestly, he is one of the most thoughtful people I know. Sid goes out of his way to help people, is honest, and conducts himself with great integrity. Although I have never purchased a house from Sid and Rebecca, I would not have any qualms about having them handle all of the arrangements and working hard to complete the sale or purchase promptly.

I first met Sid about 5 years ago and can say he impressed me from the start as a genuine person who wants the best for you. He knows the market and does all the work required. He's found me the answers and kept in touch every step of the way until our deal was closed. When my wife and I decided to move across the country to Portland more than 3yrs ago, prior to the pandemic, we were so fortunate to have found both Rebecca and Sid to be our realtors. They both understood our needs and what we were looking for in a home. When the time came to start seriously looking for a home here in Portland it was in the spring of 2020 when it became daunting to try and relocate, but Rebecca and Sid were up for the challenge! Because we couldn’t travel to look at homes, we had to get creative. Rebecca and Sid did several FaceTime walk throughs with us and provided us with the kind of detailed information that normally one could only attain through being there in person. We saw our home in person for the very first time 2 days prior to closing. We knew as soon as we walked through the home that we had made the right choice and we thoroughly believe it was because of the hard work that Rebecca and Sid did for us.

2 years after closing on one house that I sold and one that I bought with Sid I had a concern about my mothers house and texted Sid for advice. Not only did he respond in very quick order he checked the title report for me at no charge! I cannot say enough good things about Sid and recommend him to everybody that asks if I know a good realtor. Do not hesitate to use him as your realtor. So much help and quick responses that you will think you are his only client at the time. Thanks again Sid for all you do!!
