Miss Sarah Grey her and her team was excellent on helping me being that I am in Washington and she is in Chicago to help settle the affairs of my father's passing Plus assisting me with selling the home of my father she is one of the most professional best realtor I ever worked with ever. And to me Miss Gray went above and beyond to help me settle this situation with tenants in the apartment get a great job I really thank God for her being there for me and my brother. Sierra Gray is a great Realtor. One of her greatest qualities is patience. She was patient with me on my journey to home ownership. Sierra is a great agent she is literally a one stop shop. She covered credit, helped with my budgeting to help prepare me, and has been continuously educating me to not only own a home but basically live for free through house hacking. I could go on and on because she’s phenomenal and ethical for sure my last agent just was trying to put me in anything she pays close attention to the things I don’t.

I can’t say enough good things about Sierra! As a first time homebuyer, she made the process so easy and fun, much less stressful than I expected buying a home to be. She was always very helpful and gave great advice from the beginning to end, she was honest in her answers to my questions and she was very knowledgeable about every part of the process. Even when we hit bumps in the road while under contract she used her expert negotiating skills to get me through it and was always very reassuring while still being real with me. She helped me buy my dream home, something I never thought I’d be doing at this point in my life. Sierra helped me providing the lender and inspectors, that was a heavy lift from my shoulders I would recommend Sierra for anyone buying a home but especially people that that are having credit challenges, she will make sure to get you where you need to be. I’m so thankful I had her during my first homebuyer process.

Sierra really knows the business and informs you what to look for such as foundation issues, previous leaks checking out the neighborhood. She takes interest in the home as if she was purchasing it for herself and always remind you that this is your investment and if you only stay for a short time that you want to be able to have a home in area where you will be able to sale and without any hassle.
