Signe’s entry into the world of real estate started as a young girl traveling throughout Montana, Wyoming and the Dakotas with her archaeologist father. Understanding the geological features and areas of early human settlement created a deep love and appreciation of the land and nurtured a lifelong desire to be outdoors.
Born and raised in rural Livingston, Montana, her curiosity for urban life landed her in Seattle, Washington where she earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and later attended law school at the University of Montana. After managing the real estate holdings for a large corporation, she moved back to Livingston and practiced law. It wasn’t long before she decided office life was not for her, and she engaged in real estate brokerage full time.
With over 25 years of real estate experience combined with an abundance of local knowledge, Signe offers unparalleled expertise in the Montana market. Her most recent accomplishment was the exclusive representation of a 120-unit condominium project in Livingston that provided much needed housing in her community.
