I worked with, Silvestre, off and on for months. I finally found the house for me. I immediately called him and he was on it. He contacted the listing Realtor and 45 days later, I accepted the keys to my new home.

In that time, Silvestre, was invaluable in setting up the inspection, gave me contacts for contractors to make improvements before I moved in. He set up multiple viewings to meet contractors while the home was in escrow. He was very responsive in my reaching out to contact him and communicative in relaying information.

Honestly, he made the process such a breeze. He is all about helping, assisting and making this a positive experience. He hustles for you and takes on the stressful burden of getting through the home buying process.

Went with Garcia Real Estate as a first time home buyer. Sly’s experience, connections and knowledge of the local real estate market made the process of buying quick and easy. When he showed me a place that was right for me i went with his recommendations and my offer was selected. There was a last minute issue with my own bank but he referred me to a lender that stepped in quickly. After inspection, he negotiated with the sellers to make a couple of repairs. One repair they refused to address. Sly brought in a contractor he uses and even split the cost with me. Would definitely recommend Garcia Real Estate if you’re looking to purchase in the central coast.
