She truly is a gem who cares about her clients and their needs! The marketing of our home left us speechless! Her attention to detail and expertise was displayed throughout the entire process. Silvia is strategic and methodical from start to finish with a high quality presentation that was truly impressive. During these unique times it's concerning what you should list for, when to list it, and what offers to accept without jumping too quick or too slow.
Silvia brought local housing analysis unique to my house with an estimating method that I thought initially was pretty high from what I had in mind. I not only sold it in 4 days but it was $38k over ask with unique contingencies to pay over appraisal value.
While this may be the norm now it was a pivot in negotiations that Silvia executed quickly and the rest was on her and the team she has for all stages of the sale.
I believe there are many raltors out there and yes, many list your house, negotiate down and do next to nothing to earn the commission but Silvia will show you she values accurately and negotiates higher.
Very happy with the process as much as you can't avoid all stress and frustration. It's the process and a huge life change but much more gratifying after Silvia helped.

Silvia is the most professional, responsive, efficient, effective and knowledgeable Real Estate agent that I have ever dealt with. She is very responsive and truly takes the time to study and improve herself. Her team is wonderful and very professional. To have an understanding, how good she is, I have a friend that had his house in the market for 6 months or so a couple of years back (2018) and he was kind of desperate. They picked a "friend" as their agent and I told him that it was a big mistake, that for your most precious asset, you don't give it to a friend to sell it, you give it to the best of the best to get the maximum value of the house. So I recommended Silvia to my friend and within days, she sold his house and his overall experience with Silvia was incredible. I also recommended to another friend when the market has crash down around 2007, same result, my friend told me that Silvia was the Kamikaze of the Realtors. My wife and I were first time home buyers that had a very limited knowledge of how to buy a house. Silvia treated us with the upmost respect and professionalism from Day 1. She is extremely hard working, and treats you like you are her only client. She has MLS tools that make it easy to sort which houses that you want to see, and she will work around your schedule for house showings. Her experience shows every time we would visit a house. She would let us form an opinion first, and then give her fact-based opinions afterward. She was also able to spot flaws in a house that you may not have recognized, and is highly respected by her colleagues, home builders, and peers. Once you find the house you want, she works extremely hard to get it for you. We are so thankful that Silvia was able to help us find the perfect home for us! My wife and I recently moved to Viera, FL from Central Illinois. We wouldn't have trusted anyone other than Silvia to help us do this! This will be the seventh home I've purchased in my adult life, so I've used many different realtors in my time. My wife and I are the types of people that are constantly looking through homes online on our own when we are looking to purchase, and every single other time we've purchased a home, we found it on our own and sent it to our realtor. We were looking just as hard this time, but Silvia worked even harder. She found us a house before it even hit the market that was everything we wanted and more. Especially since we were moving from 18 hours away, we needed a realtor that we could trust, and she blew our expectations away.
