Sim has been our agent through multiple real estate transactions (buy, rent, sell) through the years. She is amazingly dependable, knowledgable and works smartly to get the transaction closed with her client's interests in mind.

As a buyer's agent, she helped us get a great deal in a short period of time and helped us entirely through the inspection and contingencies. As a rental realtor, she helped us find a great tenant and advised us through the tenure of the leases. As a seller's agent, she gave us sound tax advice, determined the optimal listing price, helped us list and get past the contingencies, and we are now at the cusp of selling for a very good price.

I recommend Sim fully and will not look past her for any of our real estate needs.
