Originally from Wales in the U.K. Simon graduated Magna Cum Laude in Construction Design and Management from the University of Glamorgan. He continued his education earning his MBA with a Major in Marketing from the University of Wales. Following his education, Simon has spent his working life in Construction Management and Real Estate and spent 10 years designing and constructing major projects. He then segued into Sales and Marketing Management, managing businesses in the construction supply industry which brought him to the United States.
Armed with an excellent background and education in real estate, Simon enjoys building strategic marketing campaigns and social media buzz for homes by crafting a compelling story that promotes not only the property, but the lifestyle and image the home conveys. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Simon consistently succeeds where others have failed.
