I’ve met Simone in July of this year (2022) through Jeff and Dom where I was assigned to a lender at (Goldwater Bank) from Jeff to get approved for a grant (Wish Program). Goldwater Bank put me through SO much trouble, stress, honestly beyond words … To get approved for the grant. I just closed on my house in “October”. But when I say Simone was with me and fighting with me “EVERY STEP OF THE WAY” that’s exactly what she did! There were times when I started to give up and Simone will come help me solve any problem that I couldn’t at that time. Simone help me and gave me strength to keep going. Simone partner Rashad who is also an amazing person… Rashad have been a huge help with my home purchase as well! Without Simone I know I wouldn’t have been able to receive the grant and close on my home. Simone and Rashad are beyond a “5 Star Rating”, I would Seriously Give Them A “10 Star Rating”! I will definitely recommend them to Anyone who wants to purchase a home. They are
“The Dream Team”!
