Simone Jeanes

Simone made a career decision that has stayed with her for 45 years. She decided to go into real estate. After a BBA in marketing and a minor in real estate from the University of Texas in Austin, Simone returned to Dallas. A native Dallasite, Simone has been married since 1986 to Wes Jeanes. She has two grown daughters who attended Dallas' private schools. Her oldest daughter is a partner with Vinson & Elkins in Dallas, and her youngest has joined her in the real estate business as a licensed assistant.

Simone has consistently been a top producer of the Brokerage companies she has associated herself with. Before joining Allie Beth Allman, she was the top producer for 3 of the last four years at a company with 350 agents. In her first year at Allie Beth Allman in 2019, she ranked #5 among the highly successful individual producers.

Having lived through the many real estate cycles, including when interest rates were 18.5%, Simone believes the experiences of so many transactions have given her the knowledge to respond to highly active markets as well as buyer's markets.

Simone has assisted relocation clients for over 25 years with Marriott as a large client. She has helped people at Southern-Glazers, Nike, Coca-Cola, and many others through the years. Additionally, she has continued representing friends, family, notable Dallas families and many attorneys from various law firms from the Dallas' area, including a SMU law professor and the former Law School Dean.

In 2024, the Allie Beth Allman & Associates brokerage sold 3.7 billion dollars of real estate. One billion was traded off market. Simone also assists clients in confidential and off-market properties, not reflected in the analytic numbers below.
