Anything can happen between the time a client is in contract until closing and Siobhan works tirelessly to assure her clients do not have to deal with unwanted stress. Siobhan comes from a very large, Irish family ten children in all. She has five sisters and four brothers, and she can tell you that the competition was tough. She had to speak up for what she wanted and stand out in the crowd. Her experiences growing up in such a large family have influenced her work ethic and selling style today. She has worked in sales successfully here in Southern NH for over 20 years and is happy to share her knowledge and expertise with you. Siobhan is an Accredited Staging Professional and is ready to help you stage your home to sell quickly and at the best price. She also hires a professional photographer to take all the photos of your home. They do an excellent job and Siobhan feels this really does impact how your home is presented to the world.
