The house I just sold, is the second house that Siobhan Miller has sold for me. I’m a complete novice dealing with today’s real estate dealings, she isn’t! She created comparable properties in my area, she pointed out that my idea of a listing price was not in line with sold properties - I can’t tell you how appreciative I am for her expertise. She was detailed in her dealings, in her house showings, her screenings - all I had to do was keep the house neat, clean and it was sold in 4 days!

Siobhan represented us perfectly in our transaction to purchase a second home on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. She was always available to answer questions and guide us through a process that was not without hurdles. She even traveled with us to the Shore on multiple occasions to take care of issues that could have resulted in us walking away. Siobhan is amazing! Being an out of state buyer, I wasn’t sure of my chances of getting a house in this competitive market. Siobhan took me through every corner of the homes virtually. The first day my new home was on the market, she walked me through it and helped me craft a competitive offer that was enough to outbid five other buyers. Everything was done remotely until the day of the walk-through/closing. I am now living in my dream home within walking distance of my son and daughter-in-law and the beach.

Siobhan is an outstanding realtor! As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about the process of buying a house. Siobhan made every step of the way easy and even fun! She was great with educating us on the process of buying a home and always had her clients’ best interest in mind. She is very detail oriented and when problems arose, she always had a solution. She is well connected with the different people that are involved in the process of buying a home, which made the process smooth. This was especially convenient when buying a home out-of-state. We were able to do virtual walk throughs and then we came in person when we became more serious about our options.
