Siobhan 'Shavon' Bottem

Based out of John L. Scott’s Kent North office, Siobhan became a real estate broker in 2010 after working in the airline industry in Europe. She was attracted to the real estate industry by the prospect of being a part of such an important transition in someone’s life. The constantly changing market and hard work required to provide excellent client service excites me – she loves being able to help her clients reach their goals.

Her expertise is in first-time home buyers as well as with senior citizens moving up or down. The areas she serves include Maple Valley, Des Moines, Issaquah, Renton, Kent, Covington, and Bellevue. She is strongly committed to working hard and “getting it right,” providing detail-oriented service during every step of the transaction. She and her team provide in depth market knowledge and a keen understanding of diverse property types. Additionally, she is well-versed in creating innovative solutions and negotiating effectively, which are both skills critical to closing on your home.

Outside of work, Siobhan enjoys gardening and helping in the local community.
