Skip is very knowledgeable and attentive. He knows many community members which made our buying process easier. He is the kind of causal down to earth Realitor that you could have a beer with and get down to business. We where lucky to have found him. We have bought 2 homes with him and are utilizing him to help us buy our parents home next !

Skip went above and beyond his duty to sell our home. He was instrumental in negotiations when some defects were found. We were in contact with a home inspector, the realtor that represented the buyers,
and the tradesmen who did work on our house, etc. he saved the sale of our house

He also found the best moving company, and stayed with them as they loaded the truck, so we could get on the road to our new home, which is 2500 miles away.
