Skip Tolley has been specializing in selling Waterfront Real Estate for over 23 years. Typically selling more Baltimore County Waterfronts than other agents. When Skip was first licensed, he and his partner Dale Hunter bought a RE/MAX franchise, RE/MAX By the Bay. After several years Skip sold his portion of the business to Dale's Uncle and Cousin, and he stayed on as an agent. after several years, Skip changed brokers and moved his license to Real Estate Professionals, with his friend Rob Kaetzel, Broker. Skip stayed with Rob for years and loved every minute. Then in early 2021, Skip was exposed to eXp Realty's business model, and made a quick decision to change brokerages for a second time in 22 years! Skip says eXp Realty is not our grandfather’s real estate brokerage! Nothing like eXp has ever been offered to realtors, it has always been the founders and broker owners having the best opportunity to accumulate wealth with additional income streams, other than commissions earned through buying and selling real estate! Skip is the best of the best. He is very knowledgeable and knows everything there is to know about water front properties. He has a lot of experience and a passion for boating and water front living. So I want to start off my review by saying I am a licensed real estate agent and I chose Skip to sell my own waterfront house on the Chesapeake Bay. I felt I was overwhelmed and he would do the best job because I was emotionally attached to my house- and he did!

We Love Skips laid back but professional approach to selling real estate. He is all about the customer and making sure everyone is on the same page. On top of his knowledge and experience he always responds fast, follows up to make sure all the details are in place for a smooth transaction. Even when he has to deliver not so good news he always has a bright smile. Not to be funny but seriously if you have to get any news good or bad . I love working with people that always see the brighter side, and he does!
I would highly recommend Skip as your pick for an agent.
