After several years Skip sold his portion of the business to Dale's Uncle and Cousin, and he stayed on as an agent. after several years, Skip changed brokers and moved his license to Real Estate Professionals, with his friend Rob Kaetzel, Broker. Skip stayed with Rob for years and loved every minute. Then in early 2021, Skip was exposed to eXp Realty's business model, and made a quick decision to change brokerages for a second time in 22 years! So I want to start off my review by saying I am a licensed real estate agent and I chose Skip to sell my own waterfront house on the Chesapeake Bay. I felt I was overwhelmed and he would do the best job because I was emotionally attached to my house- and he did!

We Love Skips laid back but professional approach to selling real estate. He is all about the customer and making sure everyone is on the same page. On top of his knowledge and experience he always responds fast, follows up to make sure all the details are in place for a smooth transaction. Even when he has to deliver not so good news he always has a bright smile. Not to be funny but seriously if you have to get any news good or bad . I love working with people that always see the brighter side, and he does!
I would highly recommend Skip as your pick for an agent.
