Skylar Topper

Described as a tenacious advocate for her clients, Skylar prides herself on being ready and available to support any of her client’s needs -- from first-time homebuyers to empty-nesters and everyone in between.

An Atlanta native, she was born and raised in the North Atlanta suburbs and feels lucky to still call Atlanta home. Upon graduating from the University of Alabama, where she worked in the Alabama Football program, she went on to work in various marketing and social media roles, including on ESPN's social team, before returning to her roots in Atlanta. As a member of Compass' Sports & Entertainment Division, her background in the sports and entertainment industries provides her with the knowledge, network, and skills necessary to strongly stand for her S&E clients with their real estate endeavors.

She considers herself to have been raised in the real estate industry -- she spent many weekends in her childhood tagging along at her mom's open houses and going to her showings and closings as a kid, and eventually helping her mom with her real estate marketing, advertising, and branding. Little did Skylar know at the time that the team she helped develop a brand for would eventually become the family real estate team that she now works with as a full-time realtor.

Skylar is an integral part of Team Toth -- a family team including her mom, Deniece, stepdad, James, and sister, Piper -- that is a 100% full-time family team of realtors bringing 30+ years of experience in the Atlanta real estate market. Consistently recognized as top producers by the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the Wall Street Journal's prestigious "The Thousand" in back-to-back years, Team Toth is proud to be a founding team of Compass North Atlanta's office, and the #3 small team out of all Compass Georgia offices in 2020.

Recognized by the Atlanta Board of Realtors as a Top Producer in sales volume and units in 2019, 2020, and 2021, including in the top 5% of all Atlanta Realtors in both units and sales volume, Skylar takes great pride in her involvement within the Board of Realtors and her community. She is passionate about giving back, learning, and collaborating with her fellow realtors and how together they can best educate and impact the community; she was selected as a member of the Atlanta Realtors' Emerging Leaders 2021 class and is a member of various committees within ARA. She is active in the University of Alabama Young Alumni Committee, her neighborhood's social committee, various local chambers of commerce, a graduate of Leadership Johns Creek, and more. She donates a percentage of each of her commissions to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, a cause that she is very enthusiastic about.

When she is not meeting with clients or showing homes, Skylar is often trying new local restaurants with friends, watches Alabama Football, goes to Braves games, or explores her Brookhaven neighborhood with her husband and puppy.
