We not only purchased a magnificent home designed by Slava, but also had Slava sell our old home as well. We were instantly awestruck with the beauty, design and craftsmanship of the home we purchased. We were also amazed at the details and commitment Slava put into this home, even witnessing him scouring the home for any tweaks or adjustments to make everything just right and perfect. And perfect it is!!

At the start, he has a presentation and packet explaining all the steps in home buying which was very well put together. Throughout the entire process, he promptly replies to questions at all hours of the day and night and makes showings happen whenever it is convenient for you. Being an experienced investor, working with multiple agents over the years, I can confidently say that Slava is definitely the BEST that I have worked with! With Slava I did multiple transactions side-by-side to purchase investment properties, he was absolutely astounding when it came to the amount of research that he did for these properties. From comps, to rent rolls, to the condition of the property, history of the property, permits, county records, you name it- he does it all! Slava helped my elderly parents sell their long term home and downsize to a retirement home. He helped them so much that it is difficult to put it all into words. When my parents decided to downsize their home for retirement purposes Slava helped them get their home ready for sale, found them a new home that checked all of their boxes (they had many), and managed to negotiate both deals such that my parents were able to close on both homes the same exact day! While the deals were still being negotiated a surprise septic tank issue threatened to totally derail the entire complex negotiation. Slava worked extra hard to save both deals, get through complicated city requirements and inspections, negotiated pricing on a contentious septic tank installation and even managed to get the other side of the party to agree to throw some money into the transaction. All in all Slava was a life-saver for my parents, he saved them a boatload of money and we are extremely grateful to him for all of his hard work. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

My home was a 1946 war home in North Minneapolis. The age and location posed challenges. When Slava first came to see my home in April 2022, he was very judicious and gracious. He suggested the home be cleaned and emptied of all clutter, personal items and furniture. It took me 2 -3 months. Then, I had 11 rooms painted in off-white and installed new laminate wood and vinyl flooring in 8 of those rooms. The house was transformed! Then Slava hired someone to do virtual staging in just one room- the living room ( see picture). I would have never thought of that. Virtual staging appeals to the aesthetic tastes. I couldn't believe it was my living room. There were several issues with the buyers and lenders in the process of the sale, but Slava was there all the way.

Slava was ALWAYS willing to make time to talk with me. He HAPPILY answered all of my 8 million questions as it was my first time buying a home.
I felt very confident in Slava’s knowledge and consulting prior to touring and when touring homes.
He really wanted to know what I was looking for and made a point to tailor our search to that, but helped me to think about different perspectives outside of what most people(including myself) would think of.
He really did an end-to-end job and for sure went above and beyond.
I used Slava, because I’ve known him for over 18 years and he is the most honest and hard working guy I know. He goes above and beyond and that’s what I look for when buying a product or a service. Especially if I am spending hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I cannot begin to express how happy I am that we chose Slava to be our realtor. Most people I know who are looking for a home in our area have been searching for atleast a year in this insane market, with Slava's professional help, ours took just a couple months to find, and mind you our budget was not that great as we are young and this is our first home. Besides being someone we could call or text at any time of day to go see a house we liked, he provided us with many links & resources a first-time homebuyer would need thus showing he actually cared about our success in making a place our home and wasn't just looking to make fast money. Another thing I think is worth mentioning is that Slava never forced any property on us, but on the contrary, approached every house we looked at with caution, making sure we wouldn't be making a mistake in buying it, in other words, he really does care.

Slava does an amazing job. He knows the ins and outs of real estate, and knows a lot about the Minnesota metro area. He answers calls and texts right away and was always available to us. Slava managed to help us sell our home super quickly, while also purchasing our next home on the same day! In this market, simultaneously closing on 2 homes is practically impossible. Whenever any questions rose up, he would always have an answer and we felt secure in his capable hands.

Slava has an amazing reach within the community of builders, realtors, title companies, and lenders. He was able to make our offer the best one, even if it wasn’t the highest one in terms of offers, and this allowed us to purchase an amazing home for our kids to grow up in. It is true what they say- it’s all about who you know. Lucky for us, Slava is very educated and has a big network of people he works with.

From the first day we looked at the Price Custom home we loved it especially because of the detail that Slava went to show how unique the builder was. He was willing to take calls at any time and answered all question. He is the reason we bought our home because he fought for a gas line to be put in for a stove. He is awesome!
