Today, a dream came true — one that I had long believed was almost impossible.

For a long time, I thought that buying a home was like learning how to fly a plane: endless paperwork, countless details, and constant stress.

Working with Slava and his team showed me that it doesn’t have to be that way at all.

Because I am very busy and spend most of my time at work, flexibility and understanding were extremely important to me. Slava always adjusted to my schedule, made himself available at times that were convenient for me, and never made me feel rushed. I am truly grateful for that level of care and respect.

Slava responded to messages and questions almost immediately. His guidance was always thoughtful, clear, and honest. At no point did I feel pressure to make a quick decision or stop exploring my options. Instead, I always felt that I had the time and space to make the right choice for myself.

Slava speaks at least three languages, which made communication much easier and smoother throughout the entire process — especially when discussing complex details.

His genuine kindness, positive energy, and constant support were incredibly motivating. They gave me confidence, and I always knew that with his guidance, I would make the right decision.

We were instantly awestruck with the beauty, design and craftsmanship of the home we purchased. Being an experienced investor, working with multiple agents over the years, I can confidently say that Slava is definitely the BEST that I have worked with! With Slava I did multiple transactions side-by-side to purchase investment properties, he was absolutely astounding when it came to the amount of research that he did for these properties. Slava helped my elderly parents sell their long term home and downsize to a retirement home. He helped them so much that it is difficult to put it all into words. When my parents decided to downsize their home for retirement purposes Slava helped them get their home ready for sale, found them a new home that checked all of their boxes (they had many), and managed to negotiate both deals such that my parents were able to close on both homes the same exact day! While the deals were still being negotiated a surprise septic tank issue threatened to totally derail the entire complex negotiation. Slava worked extra hard to save both deals, get through complicated city requirements and inspections, negotiated pricing on a contentious septic tank installation and even managed to get the other side of the party to agree to throw some money into the transaction. All in all Slava was a life-saver for my parents, he saved them a boatload of money and we are extremely grateful to him for all of his hard work. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

He suggested the home be cleaned and emptied of all clutter, personal items and furniture. It took me 2 -3 months. Then, I had 11 rooms painted in off-white and installed new laminate wood and vinyl flooring in 8 of those rooms. The house was transformed! Then Slava hired someone to do virtual staging in just one room- the living room ( see picture). I would have never thought of that. Virtual staging appeals to the aesthetic tastes. I couldn't believe it was my living room. There were several issues with the buyers and lenders in the process of the sale, but Slava was there all the way.

There's not enough space here to properly detail how well Slava executed our home purchase. My wife and I are first-time homebuyers from California, and Slava was there for us the entire time. I cannot begin to express how happy I am that we chose Slava to be our realtor. Most people I know who are looking for a home in our area have been searching for atleast a year in this insane market, with Slava's professional help, ours took just a couple months to find, and mind you our budget was not that great as we are young and this is our first home. Besides being someone we could call or text at any time of day to go see a house we liked, he provided us with many links & resources a first-time homebuyer would need thus showing he actually cared about our success in making a place our home and wasn't just looking to make fast money. Slava does an amazing job. He knows the ins and outs of real estate, and knows a lot about the Minnesota metro area. He answers calls and texts right away and was always available to us. Slava managed to help us sell our home super quickly, while also purchasing our next home on the same day! In this market, simultaneously closing on 2 homes is practically impossible.
