Amazing service! No words to describe how easy Slavik made this experience for us!! We all know buying a house can be a nightmare!
This was our 1st time buying a house and we knew little to none. Slavik was very knowledgeable, he lead us to the right people, walked us through everything , answered all our questions and more! Slavik is an excellent real estate agent. Very knowledgeable in all areas, whether you’re buying a fixer upper or building a new construction home. In this crazy house market he’s on top of the latest news and changes. We’ve been working with him for a few months before we decided to buy, and he’s always been responsive and eager to help, without pressure. As we were researching the neighborhoods ourselves to find the best fit for our family, he would repeatedly change our searching criteria to match our priorities. That helped our family tremendously since we are new to this area. He was very patient, kept us informed and helped us find our home! During the closing process he was strongly advocating on our behalf and made the process go smoothly and fast. Highly recommend!!!! Look no further, he’s the best there is.

Before working with Slavik I had worked with another real estate agent and can say there is huge gap between agent who just want you to buy something and real professional who wants you to buy what you will be happy with. He always highlighted not only positive sides of condos we were viewing but downsides as well. Which helped me to take thoughtful final decision and buy my new home.
Slavik is very responsive and supportive, he helped me to go through entire process from defining criterias for my new condo to the getting keys from my new place, making each step clear and understandable to me.

All I can say is that Slavik really knows his stuff, he knows the ins and outs of Real Estate. Slavik is a very knowledgeable and caring real estate agent. While most agents try to sell you something as quickly as possible, Slavik exercises patience to listen to you and ensure you get what you are looking for. I have encountered so called “top” “super experienced” agents that are unreasonably busy but still take you on as a client and pretend like they care and have time for you, Slavik is not one of those. If you are his client you will get his full undivided attention and commitment. Don’t just be another commission paycheck for an agent go with Slavik if you want true value and commitment.

A few months ago, I was able to buy my house with Slavik. I was impressed with how quick he always responded to me. His wealth of RealEstate knowledge proved to be instrumental in securing an amazing deal. He is also a builder which made it easy for him to answer many of my questions I had about my home before and after the transaction. Not only did I find him to be extremely knowledgeable in every way but I would recommend Slavik because he is passionate about what he does.
