She thoroughly checked out potential buyers which led to a smooth escrow. The escrow even closed early! All of Sofia's staff were professional and pleasant to work with. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Sofia and her amazing group through the process of selling our first home. They made the experience as pain free as possible and were very attentive throughout the sale. Sofia is a very busy person; however she has a great group of people working under her which were so attentive to our every need and fielded any questions we had. For as much as Sofia has on her plate, she still made this feel like a such a personal relationship. We thank her and everyone who helped us make our home sale as seamless as possible. On our initial meeting with Sofia and Ronnie, Sofia promised the moon and the stars, saying they could get our family into our dream home as they had all the connections needed to get it done. After getting out of the meeting, I said that every sales person says what a customer wants to hear and it was all a sales pitch. We had heard from many sales persons the same, so my thought was just another hour wasted. The very next day, We got a call from Sofia introducing us the loan officer, then a call from Ronnie letting us know he had a list of homes to see that meet our budget and likes. As time moved a long, Sofia and her group never stopped communicating with us letting us know exactly what we needed to hear. This made us feel at relaxed, and made me realize that what Sofia said in the initial meeting was not just talk. I don't know how Sofia and her team does it, but I know that if it wasn't for their team, we wouldn't have a house to call it our home. Thank you Sofia for making our dreams come true!!!

Calling Sofia Chacon Group, to help me sell my home turned out to be the best decision of my new transition. Sofia presented a plan to sell my house; her price analysis was right on point, making sure she captures every insight of interest marketable in the area. Most importantly I have bought and sold a house before and I have never encountered such a level of excellence. From her helpful strategic suggestions how to stage my house, the professional pictures of the house were gorgeous, I couldn’t believe it was actually my house. I knew I was getting the BEST professionals on my side. She always had my best interest in mind; Sofia immediately assigned to work with me the following team members; Transaction Coordinator Beatrice Ramirez, Listing Coordinator Kerstin O’Mara and Business Development Director George Chacon, receiving friendly and most professional updates of the sale at regular basis. We received an offer in less than a week and the house sold above asking price in less than a week.

Although buying a home its no easy task Mrs. Moreno was always knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our question with professionalism which made the process fast and smooth. Since the beginning, she explained the home buying process, expectations, and responsibilities of each other, in order to educate us in buying a home. she gave us the exclusive treatment on our first experience in buying a home, and explained to us step by step. Sofia did an amazing job for me! I'm a busy professional and time is a premium. Living six hours away from the property I was selling and not having much flexibility meant I needed a trusted person on my team to handle this for me. It was a nightmare scenario however Sofia and her staff were absolutely excellent! They took care of everything and it allowed me to focus on my business. Sofia Chacon is an exceptional and professional realtor. When the decision was made to sell my husband’s deceased parents’ 90+ year-old house, I did my due diligence and researched for a top-notch realtor. Sofia came highly recommended and we were impressed with her experience, knowledge, and warm personality. My in-law’s house had been rented for seven years to a “nice, caring, loving” little family of four. Unbeknownst to us, the executor of the estate did not keep up with the maintenance, but instead allowed the man of the house to take care of the home’s “needs”. The tenant’s do-it-yourself maintenance was a bunch of hodgepodge, temporary fixes – using substandard and incorrect materials. When the decision was made to sell the house, and the tenants were notified, the “nice, caring, loving” little family ended up becoming the tenants from hell. They pleaded for us not to sell the house, and when that didn’t work, they refused to move out of the home. Sofia was incredible at diffusing the situation. She was able to find the tenants another rental in the area, made all of the arrangements to repair the do-it-yourself projects, and made certain that the house was in a sellable condition. What could’ve been an extremely stressful and volatile experience was made much easier due to Sofia’s professionalism, vast knowledge of real estate and negotiation skills. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Sofia for all your real estate needs.

If you are looking for someone to help you Sell or Buy a home SOFIA CHACON is your girl! Sofia helped us immensely with analyzing the market and pricing our house optimally. We ended up getting multiple bids and $51k over the asking price. Sofia was exceptional with her services. She is very customer focused and knowledgeable about real estate. Sofia is very thorough with her work, very responsive, cares more about what you want rather than getting you to just buy. My sister and I started the house buying process a month before I met Sofia. We decided that it wasn't working out with our current Realtor and we were almost going to give up. A family friend recommended her to us and I quickly contacted her. She immediately put us at ease and educated us on house buying process. Within days, Danny had a list of homes to visit. After living in the only house my children ever knew and loved my family and I decided it was time to leave. Our goal was to provide our children the best possible opportunity to strive from an education standpoint and at the same time improve our current living conditions. By no means was this an easy task. Please understand, I LOVED MY OLD HOUSE, but I was not happy with my surroundings. This is where Sofia Chacon came in. I can honestly say I have never ever met anybody like Sofia Chacon. Sofia has this incredible gift of making you see the BIG PICTURE, even if you didn’t realize it at the moment. She was able to convinced me that moving was the best decision I could make for my family. The entire process of selling and buying a home can be very nerve racking. There are times during the home buying process were things may seem to be unraveling and in those times you want to be assured everything will be fine. Because of this communication is EVERYTHING. To be completely honestly at first I was a little nervous hiring Sofia because of her high profile and her busy scheduled, but I can tell you with certainty she was ALWAYS available for my family and me. There was never a time I felt I didn’t know what was going on through the entire home buying process and if I did she was always just a phone call away. In the end moving from our old house was ultimately my call, but Sofia vision and influence played a big part in my decision. Uprooting my kids from the only house there ever knew was easily the best decision I have ever made for my family and I have the incredibly talented Sofia Chacon to thank. Not only can I call Sofia Chacon my favorite realtor, but I can also call her a dear family friend.

Sofia is awesome. She helped my wife and I sell our home in a very timely manner. We had a neighbor that had listed their home at least a month before us, and their home was still on the market a month after ours sold. So it is safe to say that Sofia gets results.

Originally my wife and I wanted to sell so we could move in to a new construction home that we really liked. Sofia knew this and helped us out with the sale. Then we got anxious waiting for our new house to be built and ended up looking at current homes for sale. Sofia was more than willing to put in the time and look at a lot of homes with us. We ended up not buying a house through Sofia (since we did end up with new construction) but she never made us feel like we were wasting her time. She valued us and not just getting a sale or making a quick dollar.

She really is a great realtor and I highly recommend her.
