My wife and I were looking to add another rental property and we were lucky to find Team Belkadi! Deanna and Sofiene took the time to discuss investment property strategy with us and to see if they were a good fit. Immediately after that meeting, Sofiene was on the hunt for properties that suited our needs. Within a month, Sofiene had found an off-market deal and he negotiated a great price for a perfect, cash flowing property. While waiting to close, Deanna and Sofiene kept in constant contact to make sure all of our questions were answered and all of our pre-close tasks were completed. Sofiene was knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, and we felt like a team working towards the same goal, not only was he our real estate agent but he was also our coach.
