Compass Welcomes Soha Fontaine from RE/MAX
March 1, 2024, New York, NY - Compass, the largest residential real estate brokerage in the United States by sales volume, announces the addition of Soha Fontaine of Team Soha. Throughout her 20+ years at RE/MAX, Fontaine has been inducted into the Hall of Fame (2008), Circle of Legends, (2018) and awarded Lifetime Achievement (2011), establishing her as an esteemed and in-demand professional within the industry. She has also been recognized as a part of the Diamond Club Team from 2017 to 2022.

Joining Compass will allow Team Soha access to over 103 new features in the Compass technology platform, including Performance Tracker and Compass AI.
Team Soha comprises 6 members: Anne Ricchio, Manuel Castillo, Natasha Ryan, Kiana Gomez, Kanishka Jain, and Samantha Smith who will be based out of Compass’s Hoboken Office. The team will continue to focus on areas between Downtown Jersey City to South of Bergen County with a particular interest in new construction and luxury homes including Brownstones, and waterfront homes.
With 80% of Fontaine’s business coming from referrals and a roster of celebrity clients, such as Bobby Okereke, New York Giants Linebacker, and rapper and media personality, Joe Budden, Fontaine is looking forward to tapping into Compass’s Sports & Entertainment Division and the greater Compass network where she hopes to find inspiration from other top producing agents.
