Sohee is phenomenal - as both a realtor AND as a person! I had a complex sale and found that Sohee supported me in SO many ways: from being well connected to and employing an array of skilled contractors to make upgrades to my property to creating a top notch presentation of my property to counseling me during challenging negotiations with prospective buyers to staying in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. I am forever grateful to her for her skills, her smarts, her humor and her caring. When Sohee is on your team, you can be assured that you have someone with skills and integrity on your side. Sohee Anderson is a superb realtor. As my sister had dementia, selling her condo was going to be both time consuming and extremely stressful. Sohee made it incredibly easy in every respect. The condo needed significant “refreshing” and Sohee arranged for cleanout, painting, new carpet, repairs, and staging extremely promptly with great contractors who charged a fair price and got the job done on time. Despite various complications, she got all the paperwork in order without a problem. She urged us to wait a couple of weeks to see what another condo in our complex was selling for and, by doing that, we were able to price the condo about 20% higher than we would have. Her skill at getting a small condo to look “picture-perfect” led to more than one offer coming in above asking price on the first weekend. She helped us compare offers and choose the right one. Then she made closing happen in 26 days from the day of listing! Closing was simple, easy, and even occurred a couple of days early.

Sohee sold the condo superbly in every respect and, better yet, allowed me to focus on my sister rather than on selling my sister’s condo. I cannot recommend Sohee Anderson highly enough and truly cannot imagine a better realtor. She was the consummate professional in every single respect. I won’t need to ever look for another realtor again. You shouldn’t either.

Selling my home was initially overwhelming. Sohee gave me tasks to complete every week. She checked in every few days and had lots of helpful suggestions. She was responsive, reassuring, and we were in partnership to get the best outcome. She is experienced, and focused on problem solving anything that comes up! I highly recommend her talents. For anyone looking for a realtor in the Portland metro area look no further than Sohee. If you need a reference read on for my experience working with her from years of experience and multiple transactions. 10/10 I can’t speak highly enough about her.

Sohee is incredibly responsive. As a seller or a buyer, this is paramount. She is always on the ball with a thoughtful response.

Years of experience. She has been doing real estate for many years and as a result has an enormous number of professional connections and has seen it all. Nothing surprises her!

Sohee helped us sell our townhouse (which sold within a week) and find our dream home during the pandemic. In addition to her being incredibly caring and knowledgeable, two things really make her stand out. The first was her exceptional network and team of people. Lauren, her Operations Director is lovely. During the home-buying/selling process, there are so many different areas of expertise you need in addition a good realtor: loan office, inspector, mover, contractor, etc. As soon as we needed help, Sohee could recommend exceptional people for us to help who she had direct experience with. Her referrals were excellent who went above and beyond our expectations. When your in the middle the fast-paced home buying process, it is nice to just immediately have a referral to someone to help you you can trust. The second thing that we were so grateful for about Sohee, was her straight-forward honestly. There were a few homes we saw that we initially loved, but she was very quick to point out the problems she could see with owning the home based her years of experience. We were grateful for her insight, as if she had gone along with our sentiment at seeing a home we loved, as I suspect many other realtors might, we would have likely ended up with a problem home in the years to come. Sohee is also just a wonderful person and a joy to work with. We highly recommend her.

We chose Sohee because she lists so many units in Portland Plaza--where we were selling--and we were so grateful to have her by our side. Inventory in the building was very high when we were trying to sell--and the high HOA fees were very prohibitive to buyers--but Sohee was responsive and knowledgeable--and also reliable and fun to work with--even for a difficult sale! She was so helpful in all aspects of the sale--from guiding us on preparing the unit for sale and helping us get work done, to selecting a stager, and establishing the right list price. She also was always professional and kind, and she took care of so many details for us. We adored working with her.

Sohee Anderson is an exceptional real-estate agent and we are so happy that we choose to work with her to get our house sold earlier this year. From our first meeting through to the final closing, Sohee was on top of every detail, answered every question, provided excellent advice, and always made us feel like we were taken care of and could trust that nothing was going to slip through the cracks. Sohee has an excellent team too: starting with Lauren Marrone, who took care of many of the behind-the-scenes details and ensured that all of our paperwork was lined up throughout the process, and including her professional network of stagers and contractors, all of whom gave reasonable prices and excellent service themselves. Sohee’s communication throughout the entire process was perfect too - we never had to wonder what was coming next and she was always quick to follow-up on whatever question popped into our head. Overall, we were just incredibly satisfied with the experience and would recommend Sohee to anyone who is looking to sell (or buy) in the Portland area.
