My boyfriend and I began working with Solomon in 2020 when the market was crazy! We took a break and in 2022 decided to start looking and wanted to work with him again. Solomon is an AMAZING realtor, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was always honest about everything, made sure that we knew and understood the process of buying since this was our first home. I would recommend Solomon to all of my friends and family!

He kept us abreast on what was on the market daily and was always available when needed. Solomon presented 3 different offers for us before getting the house we wanted. After purchasing our new home he was there to guide us through the closing process. Being new to the area, he was able to help by recommending good people to contact for the remodeling process ahead. From day 1 my wife and I knew we were in good hands. Everything from how he spoke to us on the phone, to his demeanor, and knowledge about the properties he walked us through, we felt that Solomon wasn't "just a realtor" trying to make a sale. This has been most evident as even after the offer was accepted, we ran into a few snags with our lender as well as the seller and he continued to email and call them to get things squared away for us. If anyone in the twin cities area is looking for a GREAT buying or selling agent, Solomon should be the first one on your list!

Solomon, was very professional through the entire process! Over the week we travel up and spent looking for our home he dialed into what we were looking for and was able to find us a perfect balance of what my wife and I were looking for in a home.

With all the moving parts we had in selling our home and relocating 1700 miles here to Shakopee and buying a home, Solomon was on top of what we everything and communicated fluidly with us. Knowing that we were obviously not the only clients he had I was very impressed that when he was with us, he was focused on our needs.

Solomon is the best realtor I could have asked for. Not only did he help me find my house but then knocked it out of the park to sell it. In a day and a half, we had 9 offers and got way above asking. What I also appreciated was the network of individuals that he had to help in anything I needed. From a title company, to a housekeeper, and so on. If you want someone that is going to do the work and fight for your best interest, pick Solomon!
