Following a 20 year career as an award-winning broadcast journalist, Som become a Realtor in 2018 and has never looked back. He worked primarily as a buyer's agent his first six years while serving as a Team Leader on the Marsee Wilhems Team in Tucson, one of the top producing brokerages in Southern Arizona.

Today, Som works as a co-founder of Next Level Real Estate at Realty ONE Group Integrity in Tucson. He and his partners mentor new agents, help them get started and establish a name and brand that allows them to flourish independently.
