Sommer Killian

Sommer Killian is renowned for her dedication to guiding clients through the process of buying and selling real estate. Her business ethics are characterized by discreet advisement, thoughtful and creative solution-making, and genuine care. She provides unmatched access to non-listed opportunities, and in the last 6 years has conducted over $150 million in transactions primarily in Emerald Bay.

Sommer received her BS in real estate finance from USC. Her passion for fellowship and gravitation towards leadership roles have been a thematic aspect throughout her life. Following college, she became a certified appraiser and joined three generations of family real estate tradition in Las Vegas. Over the past decade, she has focused on Emerald Bay transactions - offering unparalleled insight and bespoke service to all of her clients.

She is dedicated to enriching her community, and in addition to volunteering at the Friendship Shelter and participating in Hoag’s cancer-fighting association Circle 1000, she has been a dedicated leader in the Emerald Bay Community having served in multiple positions including Vice President of the Board and Head of Recreation.

Sommer’s commitment to transparency, professionalism, and boutique service have enabled her to maintain a clientele consisting predominantly of referrals and repeat customers. Laguna Beach’s prestigious Emerald Bay neighborhood is one that Sommer has not only called home for more than 20 years, but is also a place in which she is able to welcome clients as new neighbors and friends.

Sommer spends much of her free time with her family and friends. She is a devoted mother to three now-grown children with her husband of nearly 34 years. She joins her friends for “mom ball” AKA beach volleyball 3-4 times a week, and enjoys the beautiful Laguna hikes or walks to Laguna Beach’s local farmers market in town. After several decades of residence, the magic of Emerald Bay and Laguna Beach has only become more appreciated.
