Sondra was great for helping us find exactly the house we needed! We were first time home buyers and wanted to find a house at a low price point to rehab to our liking. At our first meeting, Sondra sat with us for a few hours to look over houses and gave us advice on all of the pros and cons of rehabbing a house vs buying new or building. We really appreciated that she has many years of experience and a ton of knowledge in both realty and rehabbing/design. By the end of our initial meeting she was able to refine what features of the home were really important to us and we ended up buying the 2nd house she showed us! It was a quick, smooth process which we really appreciated.

Sondra really helped me as a first-time home buyer and I will continue to use her to buy or sell in the future too. I called her on a Sunday afternoon, she quickly set up showings for me, and I put in an offer later that week! It all happened very fast (as needed in my case) and I could not have done it with without her! Sondra has a wealth of real estate knowledge, knows the area well, and has a list of trusted resources like lenders, home inspectors, radon assessors, plumbers, contractors and whatever else you may need when buying a house! She was available at all hours of the day for my frantic questions or concerns and always maintained a positive attitude (even when I may have not). Her expertise cannot be matched, and I highly recommend Sondra for all your real estate needs.

Sondra's warm and genuine demeanor combined her experience, superior negotiation skills and honesty make her hands-down the most talented Realtor I've ever seen. She is super responsive and treats her clients like family. While we ultimately decided not to list at this time Sonya review our place and provide feedback on what would help expedite the sale should we decide to move. Her process is thorough, she's extremely thoughtful, and she has her customers' best interests in mind. Her recommendations are realistic. We believe in her so much we have since referred two friends who did move forward with sales and purchases, and we know they were very happy! Not that I'm looking forward to moving, but I am looking forward to working with Sonya when we do!

I had the privilege of working with Sondra when looking to buy my first home over two years ago - at that time some things came up for me personally and I postponed my search. Sondra was patient and understanding. Even more than that she kept in touch with me but not in an annoying way and even helped me find a lender. Sondra helped us to sell our house and find our dream home. With her help, our house went on the market on a Wednesday and we had 5 offers by the end of the weekend.
