Sondra is a sensational realtor! This was the first time I’ve sold a home, and had so many questions. She has a great way of keeping you informed, and will take time to answer questions, come up with game plans and figure out any details that need attention.
She never made me feel like I was asking dumb questions (I’m sure I had some doozies)…and always took time to explain processes to me.
I highly recommend Sondra- she is so knowledge about the market, and is very easy to work with!

A Real Professional Selling Experience!
Sondra guided my wife and I through a well thought out plan in order to sell our house realizing the real value. She was brutally honest pointing out the things we needed to address prior to putting on market. Then she unveiled a robust marketing plan including a very professionally done video and pictures of the entire house which was used on all internet real estate selling sites. Additionally there were flyers and post cards that were a cut above what I’ve traditionally seen out there, used in a robust mailing and distribution campaign including to local agents. Her ‘On Site’ presence during showings was a major contribution in selling our house. She was well prepared to answer questions from potential buyers in that she had probed us in advance for the answers. Those who have sold their home know that it can be somewhat stressful... Sondra kept us completely informed and was there when we needed her counseling. The entire process was very professional and rewarding with our house selling in a short period of time!
