My name is Sonia, let's get to know each other! I came into real estate because of my love for helping others. It offers me the opportunity to make a difference in a family's life. After being referred to Northrop Realty, and seeing how enthusiastically I was welcomed, I knew this was where I was meant to be. Prior to real estate, I studied Business Administration at the University of the District of Columbia. I worked as a Master Barber, Barber Instructor, Cosmetologist, Testing Proctor, and Child Development Associate. I was dedicated to selling style, confidence, and images in which I was compensated not only monetarily but also by referrals, loyalty, and financial independence. My experience in these fields has made me a very patient and disciplined problem solver, as well as mastering money management and communication skills. With me, giving up is not an option, and I always aim to be the best that I can be and give the best that I can to my clients.

Outside of real estate, I love to spend time with my grandchildren. I am family driven to the core, so I often paint with my daughter and create works of art we proudly display in our home. My home gives me a sense of great pride and joy. I feel everyone should have the opportunity to have the same experience that I am fortunate enough to have. Own your own home isn’t just a catchy slogan I use. I believe it is possible for everyone to own their own home and I make sure I do everything to make that dream a reality.
