Her knowledge of the market, the area, and trends made what it usually a stressful experience easy. Sonia was simply marvelous—we wouldn’t have been able to buy our dream-home in Baltimore without her! My wife and I had been looking persistently in the Federal Hill area for weeks, but every suitable home was being sold within two or three days. Not only did Sonia introduce us to half-a-dozen houses throughout our neighborhood of choice, but she was available within hours when we found the home that appealed to us the most. Thanks to all her timely and tireless efforts—along with her research and recommendations—our offer was accepted, and we are thrilled with our new home! In addition to all her work on the house-searching front, she also set us up with a fantastic lender (who was crucial in preparing our finances), an excellent home inspector, and some top-quality contractors for the few recommended touch-ups. Sonia is an authentic angel! During the Pandemic and living across the ocean, she found us the most beautiful home that we could have asked for. She is a true warrior! Made the transition super easy and as smooth as possible, even when the constructors were behind (the shortage of supplies due to the Pandemic wasn't a joke), she kept us updated every single step of the way.
