Articulate, expertise, positive attitude... Those are some of Sonia's qualities that impressed me when we were working together trying to sell my house.

Sonia seems firmly holding for clients' interest, which is what agents are supposed to be, but we don't always see such cases.

At the end of the deal Sonia took care of what could have been tiresome, annoying buyer's demand without even telling me. I appreciate that. Thank you, Sonia.

Purchased my first home through OpenDoors and Sonia Helen was the realtor that was assigned to assist me with the purchase in 2021. My experience throughout the purchase process ( in a very non friendly buyers market) with her assistance was so good that I contacted her again to sell in 2024. She was very effective in drafting an offer that beat out other higher offers by presenting me as the strongest buyer who could cover the difference in case the house evaluation came in less without having to match theirs.
She was again very helpful in navigating a tough real estate market during the selling process. I was an absentee owner so she coordinated meetings with contractors on her own and got the work done without me being present which alleviated a lot of the pressure on me. All of this was done in a cost effective manner as all the quotes she got was under what I was able to get on my own. Overall very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend her. She definitely went above and beyond my expectations.

This is the second real estate transaction where I have used Sonia Hellen as my agent. I will never use another agent. Even though Atlanta is saturated with agents, I still wouldn’t be able to find an agent whose industry knowledge and experience is greater. In addition, Sonia is hypersensitive to my concerns and responds to communications day and night. In each transaction, she fought and negotiated at each step ensuring that I received the best deal possible. She is my agent for life, but I also consider her a dear friend.
