Real Estate, Handled—So You Don’t Have to Carry It All
When real estate involves aging parents, it’s rarely just about a transaction.
It’s about responsibility. Distance. Timing. And the quiet pressure of wanting to make the right decision—for someone you love.
That’s where I come in.
I specialize in working with families navigating real estate decisions for aging parents—especially when adult children are managing everything from out of town. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, my role goes far beyond listing or showing a home. I reduce mental load, create clarity, and handle the details so families can breathe easier.
We handle that.
And we’re truly boots on the ground in Naples.
Originally from Connecticut, I relocated to Naples in 2014 after years of searching for the right place to call home. More than a decade later, I’m deeply rooted here—professionally and personally. I understand the communities, the lifestyle, and the pace of life that so many families are seeking for their next chapter.
As both a real estate agent and a designer, I bring a dual perspective that adds real value. I don’t just see what a home is—I see what it can be. Whether I’m preparing a property for sale or helping buyers envision a space as a long-term home, my design eye ensures every decision is thoughtful, functional, and grounded in reality.
One of the most meaningful parts of my work is guiding families through emotionally complex transitions—downsizing, relocating, or selling a longtime family home when a loved one is moving into assisted living. These moments come with emotion, uncertainty, and decision fatigue. My approach is calm, direct, and human.
I’ve been on the other side of real estate myself. I know how overwhelming, impersonal, and noisy the process can feel. That experience shaped how I built my business—around transparency, simplicity, and genuine connection.
At the core of everything I do is one principle:
You shouldn’t have to manage this alone.
I’m here to be your local advocate, your steady presence, and your trusted partner—handling what needs to be handled, so you can focus on what matters most.
