Don’t let Sonni’s age fool you. She has more business acumen and real estate knowledge than many who have been in the business for decades. Sonni was spot on with pricing our home. We had several offers within a few days, at asking price and above. Beyond her professionalism, Sonni was incredibly thoughtful and respectful when it came to showings and taking care of our needs as sellers. I wouldn’t change a thing about our home sale and would hire Sonni again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Sonni!

Sonni is an incredibly prepared, knowledgable, honest and insightful Real Estate Agent. She made navigating this very stressful and turbulent housing market as seamless as possible, fighting tooth and nail on our behalf to get a great house at a fair price. Sonni is perfect for a first time homebuyer. She has no problem answering any question about the process, and her preferred Lending Agents/Inspectors/Lawyers were phenomenal. Most Importantly, she will not push you out of your financial comfort zone for a house, and is incredibly knowledgable in setting your financial expectations for home-buying. From the first day we met with her she laid out the entire process and we experienced zero surprises along the way. I could not recommend Sonni enough for your Buying or Selling needs.

My thank you to Sonni for helping me with finding my parents a new place to live in a very short period of time. I am temporarily staying up in New York to assist my parents with the transitions that come as they age and needed to do so quickly. When I saw a listing for an apartment in New Jersey, Sonni made herself available so we could see it in within one business day. Once my parents and I decided to pursue leasing the apartment, she helped me through the application process and we stayed in touch via text almost daily. This was our second time working with Sonni! She helped us find our first home and made the experience so pleasant and easy. It was not even a question that when it came time to purchase a house and sell our condo who we were going to ask! We listed our condo and had accepted an offer right before Covid. Unfortunately we lost our buyers due to that, but Sonni kept giving us hope ! She did help us find our forever home! There was some definite hard times at that point but thankfully everything worked out and we were able to move into our new home that May. Not too long after we accepted an offer on our condo, which we were afraid was never going to happen at this point. We definitely leaned on Sonni so much during all of this and she was so sweet to keep giving us positive vibes! Don't know how we would have done this without her! Now we are happily settled into our new place. Would recommend her to everyone without hesitation!

As a contractor and homeowner I look for a specif type of home, one that I can refurbish to my family's needs AND AT THE RIGHT PRICE,. Sonni has worked tirelessly and found me 3 homes over the years that fit my criteria exactly. And although my needs are very specific she has also helped 2 friends in their search for the perfect home. Was looking for a place to call home for my family and I wasn’t having any luck. Worked with several Realtors and none of them listened to me and my wife about the things that our new home must have. If it wasn’t for Sonni I really don’t believe that we would have found a home. When I first spoke with Sonni about our needs she truly listened to us and she never gave up on helping us find a place, considering how picky and needy we were. Sonni was great. I received multiple offers on my house in the Pascack Valley area within a week of listing, including 2 at or above list price. After accepting the offer the process was smooth and closed as quickly as could be reasonably expected, which was of utmost importance. Highly recommended.
