I have sold over 65 properties in the past 12 months, and I do this full time. I have been a resident of the Prescott area for over 30 years and have helped to build a lot of the communities surrounding Prescott in that time as I also owned an electrical contracting company for 10 years and typically did around 600 new builds a year, most of this work consisted of working in the Prescott lakes ,Stoneridge, Quailwood , Timberridge , Southview ,Talking Rock ,American Ranch ,Inscription Canyon , Crossroads, The Ranch of Prescott , Pinon Oaks and Yavapai hills Subdivisions. I personally met with every customer that had a newly built home and made sure they were completely satisfied with our work. I have also owned a few franchisees in Arizona as well ,including Prescott, Prescott Valley , Cottonwood, Show low and Mesa all were very successful .
I have been married 19 years to my lovely wife Kristen and we have 6 kids , some have finished college and some are still at home, we also have two English bulldogs and one lazy cat.
