Sonya has been an amazing realtor. My first home purchase experience went very well working with her. Amazing reliability, integrity, transparency, and communication. She answered all calls, was there whenever we needed her and was honest when asked for her opinion on homes. I will definately be choosing her as my realtor again.

I am so happy with my new home. Sonya went above and beyond to support my relocation from New York to Maryland. She was very knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. She is very patient and flexible to accommodate my schedule as an out of state homebuyer for showings. She has even assisted me with questions and possible resources after closing. I highly recommend her she is amazing

Working with Sonya was amazing! When my son and his roommate were looking to rent their first apartment off campus, they could not have been in better hands. Through the entire process you always felt like she was genuinely interested in their needs. She was on task and very knowledgeable about not only the properties she showed, but also every aspect of the process.She was timely, attentive, patient and always positive. Sonya would not let my son be down even when everything didn’t work out as planned. The whole experience was like working with family. I highly recommend her services for any realtor needs. Sonya worked super-hard for me and it ended with me finding a place that I really enjoy living in. She responded to phone calls and texts promptly. She gave me a helpful checklist to use in evaluating properties. She was okay if I changed my mind about things...she didn't act bothered if I wasn't always sure what I wanted. Highly recommended!

I can confidently say Sonya Braddock is by far the best realtor I have ever had. I have purchased homes in the past, and Mrs. Braddock has exceeded not only our wishlist for a home but also our expectations for a realtor. From the beginning, Mrs. Braddock has always had a positive attitude and never failed to keep our needs in mind. She was consistently professional and extremely helpful in the home searching process. Mrs. Braddock goes above and beyond as a relator by regularly keeping us in communication and providing us with many resources to serve our needs better. Sonya and I began the proces of looking for a home for my family in spring of 2021 and we found a perfect home for my family but unfortunately it fell through due to the program that I was using. Sonya did such an amazing job staying very upbeat throughout the tedious process of the NACA program and made sure that she held them accountable and remained involved from start to finish. Thanks to Sonya's tireless work ethic and after searching for months for a home that provided me with everything i needed for my family and I, i was able to close this past July 2022 with a home that is more than affordable. I owe it all to Sonya with her outstanding professionalism and amazing positive attitude and work ethic. I will definitely be using Sonya for many more purchases in the future and will refer her to everyone I know
