My senior mom, who lives in WA, had land in FL she has been wanting to sell for years now, but every person that reached out to her either wanted to charge her to list the lot or offered barely more than she paid for it in the 70’s or had some crazy $100K offer. We worked with Sonya several years ago when we purchased our townhouse, and then used her again recently to sell it. She's easy to work with, extremely professional, promptly responsive and gives good and sound advice. We highly recommend Top Saving Realty!
However, we would suggest she use any other title insurance company but Prominence Title & Escrow, LLC. They waited with the information needed for days and then expected us to overnight everything without giving us time to have our attorney look over the documents. According to FedEx tracking, we closed 8/3/20 but will not receive the proceeds until 8/7/20. Unacceptable!!!

My experience with Top Saving Realty was amazing. After being involved in many real estate transactions in my lifetime and working in an attorney's office doing real estate closings, I have never found a more efficient, effective and hard working realtor.

She goes so far above and beyond people's expectations that you wonder how she does it. Prior to meeting her, I met with several realtors in the BVL area and I assure you that there are none like her. She is direct, honest, and unbelievably hard working. She does everything that she says she is going to do and then some.
