Sonya is a Residential Listing and Buyer’s Agent, Licensed and Insured in the State of Tennessee, serving the Blount, Knox, Loudon, Monroe, Sevier, Jefferson, Roane, and Anderson County Areas. She has in-depth training in real estate technology tools, and she is well-versed in both local and national legal issues. She also has a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Designation, to help serve Military and Veterans by advising them of all benefits available to them, as they have selflessly and unconditionally earned by serving others! She is also an Executive Club Award Winner recipient for multi-million dollars in sales.
She enjoys being active in her community, volunteering with Blount County Community Food Connection, United Way of Blount County, Homes 4 Heroes, and she is a resolute supporter of Knox Area Rescue Ministries. Sonya is an active member of Partners in Business East Tennessee (www.pibet.org), which is a non-profit networking group donating time and donations to our community, and fellow Blount Countians in need.
