Personable, knowledgeable, detailed oriented, responsive, honest…I could go on for days! In a market that has low inventory and dominated by sellers for the last two years, we finally won an offer on our dream house all thanks to Sophia! We were not the highest offer, but Sophia being the strategist that she is, wrote a stellar offer that the seller could not refuse. Sophia has held our hands and guided us through out this whole process. This is our second time buying a house and let me tell you, the experience of having Sophia as our realtor this time around has been life changing in the best way possible!

My wife and I have the utmost respect for Sophia as our realtor. She was always willing and able to answer our questions in a very timely manner. Communication is excellent, she would email us properties that found and if we wanted she would arrange a day and time for us to tour. We now have a new home and highly recommend Sophia as a realtor.

Sophia was phenomenal throughout the entire process. She is very responsive, a strong advocate, great advice on ways to make a strong offer, and on top of all of that, she’s so nice! She was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend her. I was only looking for a place to rent right now, but I’ll definitely be working with her in the future when I’m ready to purchase a home!

Sophia is a very detailed oriented, knowledgeable and resourceful person. I can always count on her honesty and guidance because I know she always has other's best interests at heart whether it be her friend, family, and/or client. Over the last several years, we've co-invested in multiple real estate properties (across single-family, condos, and co-ops) with Sophia, primarily in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. She is a savvy investor who brings experience and valuable insights to every deal we work on together. This includes conducting due diligence, following up with different parties involved, as well as making important decisions on any rehab work needed to either rent or re-sell the properties.

During a recent single-family investment, Sophia went above and beyond to research the local neighborhoods by contacting county departments to understand the various permitting laws and inquiring whether the target property was in good standing, had any outstanding violations, and potential historical complaints.
