Sophia Rogers is a Lake Nona Broker Associate at SERHANT. with more than $100 million in career sales and a background in residential construction that dates back to 2004. Her experience extends well beyond the sales side of new construction and includes permitting, estimating, operations and project management, giving her a practical understanding of how homes and communities come together from planning through closing.
Over the years, Sophia has worked with builders including Cambridge Homes, David Weekley Homes, Surrey Homes, KB Home and K. Hovnanian, and later helped co-found a small residential building company. That experience continues to shape the way she represents buyers and sellers today, from evaluating floor plans, lot premiums, builder upgrades and construction choices to understanding how those decisions impact resale value.
A Lake Nona resident since 2012, Sophia’s connection to the community goes far beyond selling homes. She has volunteered extensively throughout Lake Nona, including serving on the board of Lake Nona Youth Sports, volunteering as a cheer coach and supporting local public schools including Lake Nona High School and Innovation Middle School. She has also participated in numerous community and volunteer initiatives over the years. Sophia believes community is demonstrated through action, not simply words, and has consistently given her time and energy to the area she calls home. For two years, she also served as a pro bono writer for the Nonahood News, contributing two recurring columns focused on the local community.
Today, Sophia is with SERHANT. Orlando, where she specializes in Lake Nona, luxury residential sales, new construction and relocation throughout Central Florida. She is known for combining deep local knowledge, construction experience, strategic pricing and modern marketing with straightforward advice.
Her husband, Jeff Rogers, joined the business in 2019 after a successful sales career with Disney, and together they serve clients through Jeff and Sophia at SERHANT. For Jeff and Sophia, knowing Lake Nona means more than knowing the inventory. It means understanding how the homes were built, how the neighborhoods have evolved and what makes this community a place people want to call home.
