Sophia helped us coordinate the remodel of our house prior to putting it on the market and sold it fast. We had already moved into our new home, which she helped us purchase in 2020. The remodeling project was well worth it but not just for us the Seller; I'm sure the Buyer appreciates finding a move-in ready home. She sold our home fast and for a great price with a smooth closing. Sophia also helped us buy our first home in 2015 and we find her very patient and considerate. She doesn't rush us to buy or sell. She also has a network of people to address any issues with buying or selling. We have recommended her to several friends and will definitely work with her again on real estate matters.

We have known Sophia for several years and have done multiple transactions with her. We wanted to have my mother come and live with us and needed a larger, single-level home in a nice neighborhood, all within our budget. Sophia helped to show us homes in different cities to find what would really meet our needs. We had unique requirements, and Sophia patiently looked for many possible options to meet them. After we found the right home, Sophia helped us to sell our home in challenging circumstances. After limited showings at the height of the pandemic, Sophia never pushed us to accept an offer. We waited a couple of months, until Spring of 2021, and were able to sell the house off-market with a much better offer. My mother wanted to take some time to move and sell her home. Sophia helped her with a timeline to allow her to take her time but still take advantage of the Spring market. Her house sold quickly and we were very happy with the results.

Sophia helped us purchase our first home in 2016. We bought a brand new home from a large homebuilder and unfortunately our closing got delayed for over 2 months. Our lease was up and we were expecting a baby so it was a stressful time for us. Sophia was able to negotiate with the builder to pay for a furnished apartment for us until our home was ready. When we made the move to a new place, Sophia helped to get our house ready to sell. She worked with vendors and implemented a strategy to meet our goals. She made everything happen while we were not even there.

Sophia has helped us purchase 2 homes. We have learned a lot from the experience and we find her to be very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Sophia gave us a detailed pricing analysis and an insightful offer strategy.
