Sophie Ling came and lived in SC since 1992, educated and worked in the US for 13 years before relocated to Shanghai China for 9 years. Coming from a background of international sales and private equity investment, my strength and experience help me greatly to identify and valuate opportunities in the real estate business, also international working, living background and being bilingual (English & Chinese) help tremendously in communicating and explaining every step of the process in a real estate buy and sell transaction to overseas buyers thus help them to make an informed decision and ensure a smooth and successful transaction.

I am a member of the South Carolina Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, the Multiple Listing Service and National Association of Realtors.
