Spencer Cordovano

Growing up in the Wood River Valley, Spencer Cordovano has a long-rooted local history to the place and people of this town. His passion for community, professionalism and the wide range of outdoor activities to be enjoyed in Sun Valley has kept him here to build relationships, work, and play. Above all, Spencer considers himself, a “straight shooter”. In a true testament to his passion and character; Spencer took a near victory in the City of Ketchum’s 2021 Mayoral Race, served as an appointed official of Ketchum’s Planning and Zoning Commission and now sits on City Council. Spencer holds certifications in LEED building, drone operations, mountain and river guiding. Earning his Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science and Ecology with a minor in Entrepreneurship, Spencer graduated cum laude from Sierra Nevada University. Spencer has always been considered, a recruiter and local figure of Sun Valley. He has convinced many friends, colleagues, and strangers to take the leap to life in Ketchum, by helping them find employment, community, and housing. As a Real Estate Advisor, Spencer looks to take this process to the next level by helping clients find the keys to their home, or keys to their new business. Spencer has traveled the globe from Alaska to Argentina, and just about everywhere in between.
