Spencer Crigler

Director of Brokerage Services and Co-founder of One Alliance Companies, Spencer spent his first 3 years at a national firm where he learned the inner workings of mass marketing and sales techniques. While at SVN Spencer was rewarded with “Rookie of the Year” in 2016 and “Top Listing Broker” in 2017. Upon leaving SVN Commercial Real Estate, Spencer and his associate Paula Quickel started the brokerage arm at US Developments, a primarily residential development firm that operated for nearly 30 years in the Charlotte market. During their time at US Developments Spencer and Paula sold over $23 Million in real estate assets ranging from Multifamily, Retail, Office, Industrial and Land. Spencer’s focuses most of his energy on Investment Sales.
Spencer is a North Carolina native that graduated from UNC Charlotte in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. He spends most of his time with friends and family and his fiancé Jenna and their two dogs Jackson and Harper
Spencer holds a commercial broker’s license in North Carolina and is a member of the Charlotte’s Commercial Board of Realtors.
