About Spencer

A Missouri native & Saint Louis Resident with more than 20 years industry experience. While my personal focus has primarily been Commercial & Investment representation, I've proudly led my brokerage and team of successful agents resulting in an average of over $30M of Residential sales volume, annually. Our team offers expertise in Commercial & Residential Sales & Leasing, Design & Project Management as well as property management services.

BACKGROUND:
Early in my Real Estate career, I was fortunate to own and manage personal real estate portfolios, a Title Insurance/Legal Services Firm and was a corporate officer for a Fortune 500 Title Firm specializing day to day management, relocation and acquisitions. This allowed opportunities to scout and negotiate commercial locations. Additionally, that role offered opportunities to restructure offices, locations and personnel. My diverse and intense training taught me how to save time, money, reduce risk as well as identify growth and wealth opportunities for both individuals and business clients. I personally have a strong interest and background in design/renovation & urban renewal. Living, Working and Experiencing other major metro markets (from the Southeast to the West Coast) offers an advantage of market sustainability knowledge for local real estate and how to properly market for a quicker, more profitable sale as well as identify trends for our local market ahead of the curve.
I encourage introductions of any form, commercial, residential no matter the price point. Even if it’s not a personal fit, I have a vast network of competent professionals in which to refer.
An ideal client is savvy Sellers and Buyers, Small business owners seeking new opportunity, Speculators/Investors as well as owners of 20,000 (or greater) square foot office buildings, restaurants or land in which to sell.
