Spencer Terry is a broker associate with Compass Real Estate, specializing in Chicago and the North Shore suburbs. With nearly a decade in real estate, he co-founded the Chicago Home Guide team with Trupti Patel, earning recognition as a Platinum Team Top Producer, International President’s Circle, and Chicago’s Who’s Who honoree.
