Spencer Toder focuses on representing corporations, non-profits, and investors in the St. Louis region for office and retail properties. With a specialization in utilizing data sets and technology to enhance analysis of strategic positioning, Spencer works closely with clients to develop and implement a customized, long-term occupancy strategy. He provides clients with detailed market knowledge, financial analysis, and lease negotiation skills to ensure that every goal is met.
With just a few years of experience working in commercial real estate, Spencer has already been involved in over $60 million in transactions while working with a variety of clients. His expertise includes Corporate Facilities and Investment Services for office, multifamily, retail and industrial properties. Working closely with Colliers International | St. Louis leadership, Spencer assists clients with sales, acquisitions, and leasing services.
Spencer earned a BSBA and an MBA from Washington University’s Olin School of Business, received in 2009. While there, he was active in participating and founding various student groups and was noted as a leader on campus. Prior to his employment in real estate, Spencer was employed by Prime Consulting, a management consulting corporation whose mission and purpose is to provide high quality, profitable solutions at a low cost.
