Stacey-Ann Beckford is one of the most professional realtors I have ever known and a pleasure to work with. Over the course of the last few months, I utilized her services for both purchasing and selling a home and would not hesitate recommending her to anyone.

Throughout the entire buying and selling process, Stacey was caring, creative, conscientious and motivated. Her work-ethic was extraordinary. She was easy to stay in contact with and would return emails and phone calls promptly. Often, I would send her an email in the late hours and receive an immediate reply. I always felt as though I was her only client even though I knew she had a very busy schedule.

Buying and selling a home is stressful however Stacey maintained an upbeat and positive attitude and constantly worked the “comps” in order to ensure we were in the right ballpark as a buyer or seller.

When I initially contacted Stacey, she was very responsive without being pushy. I told her I was only looking and she respected that. She allowed me to work through the ups and downs of indecisiveness as a buyer while being very helpful. She let me work the way I was comfortable and adapted to my style.
