He provided information I didn’t even know I needed and gave recommendations without at all being pushy one way or another. We had a real hard time finding a house in the current market and are thankful for all the work Stacey put in! We started our search in April and Stacey was very patient with us, showing us houses every weekend. After being outbid 3 on 3 different houses (our offers were not weak by any means), and 4 months of looking at countless houses, we finally got a house that would serve our family well! I feel like Stacey went above and beyond, this market is so hard for buyers and she had to put in way more work than normal! We bought a house 3 years ago and our agent at the time only had to show us houses for one weekend and put in one offer! We have now been in our house for a week and a half and Stacey continues to be very helpful in dealing with issues that normally wouldn’t arise. We are very pleased with her responsiveness and all the work we put in. If we ever buy or sell again, we would choose to use Stacey and the Jones Group again!
